This is the first book in the “WOT THE BLEEP”, series. My intent with this book is to grab hold of those magnificent people out there, especially you and to give them a gentle reminder to stop idling. Instead I will guide them to commit to take small tiny consistent actions every day, so that they can eventually succeed at anything.
After reading this series of books, you will be equipped and feel empowered to replace those limiting, dream killing habits, which are keeping you trapped in mediocrity, with a success habit set that will make arriving at success one day feel almost effortless.
The chapters of these books will guide you to gradually introduce a few new daily routines into your life, so that over time you can create success habits to guide your daily efforts. The carefully designed process will support you to commit to practice your new daily routines, until they become entrenched new success habits. Once you have invested the time into developing your success habits. Achieving success will feel almost effortless. Your role, after reading this book, is not to relentlessly keep applying willpower to everything you do, where you just seem to spin your wheels every day, working really hard. All you will need to do, is simply use your willpower to learn a set of new daily routines, which you will turn into your new success habit set. Your new success habit will see you perform all the functions you need to do daily, without much effort at all.
This book is based on over five years of intensive research towards completing my PHD. So as I wrote it, I used both sound scientific and academic principles, my own practical daily experience as a very successful entrepreneur and actual successes I have enjoyed with my many clients from all over the world to create it. This book will help you not to go against your instinctive conditioning, where you believe that to achieve greatness you need to work harder and harder every day to pursue success. This book will help you to tune into how you function best and you will use your basic human conditioning, namely the formation of habits, as a tool for creating the outcomes you desire.
